Outdoor Adventure

Cape Meares

Cape Meares State Scenic Viewpoint is situated on a headland over 200 feet above the ocean. The park features tours of an 1890s lighthouse, the Sallie Jacobson Interpretive Kiosk, and interpretive panels at key viewpoints. HikingFind outdoor adventure near Tillamook, just north of Lincoln City, OR

Take a trip to Munson Creek Falls, 7 miles south of Tillamook, for trails that lead to impressive views of one of Oregon’s largest waterfall. Seek out Kings Mountain Trail just east of Tillamook for a challenging 3-mile trek offering both mountain and coastal views. A 9-miole round trip jaunt, the Bay Ocean Spit along Tillamook Bay leads to the tip of the peninsula.
