How many people does each class hold?

Class sizes range, depending on the type of class. A hands-on class holds 8-12 people depending on the subject matter. A demonstration style class can hold up to 24. Seating for demo classes is determined by date of registration.

Does the Culinary Center take credit or debit cards?

Yes; Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

How do I register for a class?

Go to our online list of culinary classes and click Sign Up.

Are there Culinary Center gift certificates available?

Yes. Gift certificates can be purchased over the phone at 541-996-1274 or by stopping by the Culinary Center in person. To redeem a gift certificate, contact Culinary Center Manager Donna Riani at 541-557-1125.

What is your cancellation policy?

Refunds available up to 7 days prior to the event. In cases of severe weather or emergencies, other arrangements will be made.

What is the dress code?

For hands-on classes, wear long pants and close-toed shoes. We will provide aprons and knives.

Can the Culinary Center arrange a special class for my group?

Absolutely. Contact Culinary Center Manager Donna Riani at 541-557-1125 to make arrangements.

DIRECTIONS TO THE CULINARY CENTER

It’s easy to find the Culinary Center! We are located in the City Hall building at 801 SW Hwy 101 on the Fourth Floor, in Lincoln City. Parking is available next to McKay's Market. The Culinary Center is accessed by the north elevators, under the library, and is open 15 minutes prior to the class beginning or by appointment.
