Every Independence Day, after hours of parades, live music and fresh food, the sky above Siletz Bay fills with colors, sparkles and wonder.
Lincoln City's traditional 4th of July events have been canceled this year due to COVID-19, but that doesn't mean the celebrations have to stop! The great outdoors of Lincoln City are open for adventure, so spend the day at the beach or taking a hike with the family. Complete the holiday festivities with dinner at your favorite local restaurant. Please remember to stay safe and follow physical distancing guidelines throughout the weekend!
Celebrate America’s birthday in Lincoln City, beginning with a pancake breakfast and parade and with fireworks over Siletz Bay at dusk rounding out the day.
8-11am: Pancake Breakfast (Gleneden Beach)
10am-3pm: Craft Fair & Food Court (Gleneden Beach)
1pm: Parade (Gleneden Beach)

*Please do not park along the parade route. Limited parking is available at Gleneden Beach State Park, located at the end of Wesler Rd and the Salishan Golf Club/Market Place lot. There will be a free shuttle to the parade bandstand.
Join us for this year’s lineup of live music in the Taft Pavilion (west end of SW 51st Street) in Lincoln City. The music starts at 12pm and goes right up until the fireworks show over the bay. Family friendly and it’s FREE. This year’s acts include:

Evening boat parade beginning at 7pm and professional firework display over Devils Lake beginning at dusk.
Siletz Bay - July 4th
Free fireworks display over Siletz Bay in the Historic Taft District of Lincoln City beginning at dusk, approximately 10:00/10:30pm.
Limited free shuttle service will be offered for this year’s fireworks viewing. Parking for the shuttle is available on July 4th at Oregon Coast Community College and Taft High School in Lincoln City with a shuttle drop off point near Siletz Bay. The shuttle will operate on a continuous loop from 6pm until midnight.

Parking is permitted in the public parking lots and on the street throughout the Taft District. This area of Lincoln City becomes very busy during this event. Please be patient, exercise caution and plan early!
If you plan to bring your own fireworks to celebrate, remember that not all fireworks are legal in Oregon. Your best bet is to purchase fireworks from an approved retailer in Oregon. Keep it legal. Keep it safe.
