Halloween Happenings in Lincoln City

Celebrate the season with some terrifyingly fun activities.

If you're looking for a fun and festive Halloween-themed activity in Lincoln City, be sure to check out Coven Cafe. This enchanting shop is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, a tasty treat, and a little bit of magic. Coven Cafe is decorated to look like a witch's apothecary, with cauldrons, broomsticks, and other witchy paraphernalia on display. The staff is dressed in witchy costumes, and they're always happy to chat with customers about their favorite spells and potions.

They are also hosting a Pumpkin Carving Party on Sunday, October 22.

Haunted Taft is a fun and spooky walking tour featuring the ghosts and legends of Lincoln City’s historic bayfront area. First launched in October of 2018, Haunted Taft has grown to become one of the premier ghost tours in Oregon. This year you’ll hear stories near the soft glow of the glass furnaces, and learn of spirits past and ghosts present at the Lincoln City Glass Center. Learn about the mysterious Ghost Schooner of Siletz Bay, an infamous celebrity spirit, bootleggers, and other creatures. All this and more during a spine-chilling on foot tour of Historic Taft. Be on the lookout for the elusive Sasquatch, pirates, and even skeletons showing their faces in the dark.

Seize the night! On the Saturday before All-Hallows-Eve, Chinook Winds Casino and Resort is asking you to gather for a grown-ups’ night of club music from DJ Metal, adult beverages, and competitive costumes. Come dressed in your best costume to be considered for; scariest, most creative, best duo, funniest, or best Goonie themed costume. This event will go from 10 p.m. - 1:30 a.m. and you need to be present to claim your prize!

Whether you're looking for a night of dancing or family-friendly fun, Lincoln City has something for everyone this Halloween. So gather your friends and family, and get ready to celebrate the spookiest month of the year!

Be sure to check our Event Calendar for updated listings as further information as the month continues.
