It's Breakfast Time

Vivian's Restaurant & Bill's Barbeque

Last winter, Vivian's Restaurant suffered a few damages and has been working diligently to repair them. They announced recently that they are finally able to open their doors to us once more! Enjoy their comfort food made from scratch while observing the wide variety of wildlife out their windows situated right on the water. Try their made-from-scratch pancakes, smoked pork breakfast burritos, and a variety of omelets, and definitely pair it with their house-made bloody mary or a mimosa. You'll leave a happy camper.

As always, please be patient as they are short-staffed like many of the restaurants in Lincoln City. Kindness goes a long way.

Otis Cafe

In July of 2019, Otis Cafe caught fire resulting in an indefinite closure. Locals and visitors from all over the nation were devastated that their long-standing go-to breakfast joint suffered such a tragedy. With much thought and patience they decided that they needed to open a second location, and lucky for us, they bought, remodeled, and have since opened this location in Lincoln City.

Known for the best home cooking on the Oregon Coast, Otis Cafe prides itself in its breakfast and family-owned traditions. They serve breakfast all day from 7am to 4pm with favorites such as German Potatoes, black molasses bread, biscuits and gravy, chicken-fried steak, and of course stacks of buttermilk pancakes. They are committed to creating the same experience, service, food quality, and of course portions.
