Wild Mushroom Cook-off at the
Culinary Center in Lincoln City, Oregon

Come to the beautiful Oregon coast in the fall…and enjoy a weekend packed with activities for the mushroom enthusiast. Try a foraging tour, learn from a wild mushroom expert, and eat great mushroom dishes at the cook-off on Saturday from 11am-2pm (or until samples run out).

Join us at the Cook-off to see what our local Oregon chefs have prepared with these gems of the autumn harvest. Enjoy a live cooking demonstration, live music, a wild mushroom identification booth, wine & beer, food vendors, and wild mushrooms for sale.
Admission is free, with samples available for 75¢ and portion sizes for $3. Professional juding will determin 1st, 2nd and 3rd place dishes. Who will take home the coveted People’s Choice Award this year? You get to determine the best mushroom dishes by casting a vote for your favorite!
11:00am – Doors open and People’s Choice voting begins
12:30pm – Live cooking demonstration on stage
1:30pm – People’s Choice voting ends
1:45pm – People’s Choice winners announced
2:00pm – Cook-off ends
ALL DAY – Live Music
Location & Parking:
The Culinary Center in Lincoln City, 801 SW Hwy 101, on the 4th Floor, North, above the Driftwood Public Library, and City Hall.
Parking is available on the third floor of City Hall, accessible from SW 11th Street (look for the signs and attendants!)
The Ivie-Meziere band performs electric and acoustic blues with vocals and smooth jazz instrumentals. The band performs as an acoustic trio and an all electric band with horns! The trio was formed to supply the perfect live music experience where ambiance is important. The trio has performed at brewpubs, wineries, and other prominent venues and private events throughout the region.
