Family Fun

Taste saltwater taffy, ride down a waterslide or fly a kite. If family fun is what you’re looking for, you’ll find oodles of it here.

Exploring Lincoln City’s seven miles of beautiful beach is a great place to start your visit. The sand is just a stone’s throw away from Highway 101 and easy to reach with our many beach access points. Bring supplies for a bonfire, fly a kite or beachcomb for precious gemstones. If you’re lucky, you may even discover one of our Finders Keepers glass floats while you’re treasure hunting.

A long, sprawling hillside leading right up to the edge of Devils Lake, Regatta Grounds is a perfect place to relax on a sunny afternoon. The park has a play structure, boat ramp, protected swimming area, fishing docs, a picnic area, restrooms and a gorgeous view of the lake.

Located at Kirtsis Park, our famous 40,000-square-foot skate park is the place to bring your shred sled—with three bowls and one of only a handful of cradles in the world.

The whoosh of the wind as it pulls your bundle of fabric and string into the sky—kite flying is a way of life. On clear days with a stiff wind, the skies of Lincoln City are a menagerie of colorful kites. Twice a year Lincoln City hosts kite festivals, bringing in professional world-renowned talent.

Air hockey, original Donkey Kong, Frogger and Pac Man—the fun never ends at Game Over Arcade. Discover new and classic arcade action along with a great lineup of pinball machines. Game Over sports a full bar and HD televisions to catch the game. Kid-friendly until 9 p.m.

You’ll find delicious ice cream, sweets, an arcade and easy access to the beach at Eleanor’s Undertow. Watch generations of confectioners pull taffy at Read’s Homemade Candies and try the massive assortment of salt water taffy flavors. Candyland delivers an incredible selection of sweetness, from taffy to chocolate to classic favorites.

Dive into the heated, Olympic-sized pool, and rush down the water slide at the Lincoln City Community Center. Relax in the spa after a game of hoops or climbing the rock wall.

Every member of the family is welcome in Lincoln City—especially the furry ones. There are many pet-friendly hotels and businesses here, as well as trails to explore, in addition to seven miles of beach.
