Hands-on Goat Cheese Making

Learn to Make Goat Milk Cheese in Lincoln City

Description:  In this hands-on class you’ll learn the benefits of using fresh goat milk in cheese, resources for cheese making supplies, and how to make three different types of goat cheese (chevre, feta, mozzarella.) You’ll also taste some recipes using goat cheese, and will take home all three cheeses.

Stand Up Paddle lessons on the ORegon Coast

Description: Students will learn to surf and stand up paddle board with experienced Oregon Coast surfers and paddle-boarders. Surfing Classes will be on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Flat water Stand up Paddle boarding lessons will be Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Woodcarving on the OR Coast

Description: Students will be creating a “Mothers Day Heart”. This is a heart that is attached to a cork like a bottle stop, but a heart shaped vase. This will make a great candy dispenser and Mother’s Day gift. Perfect class for kids and/or beginners interested in learning how to do woodcarving.

Sculpting the Human Form

Sculping the Human form in Lincoln City, ORegon

Description: Learn human anatomy through building an ecorche (anatomical figure). Working on oil based clay on an armature we’ll construct the bones and attach the muscles and ligaments to the bones. Watercolor Painting

Watercolor and Acrylic Workshop on the OR Coast

Date/Time: Saturday & Sunday, Apr. 21-22, 10AM to 4PM

Description: Students will learn secrets and painting techniques concerning our Earth and its Water using Keith’s easy to follow step-by-step methods. You will learn the Elements & Principles of design and how to apply them using special effects techniques. Keith is teaching 2 paintings; an acrylic seascape on day one AND a watercolor forest brook the second day.

Students will need to bring the following: Half Sheet 300lb watercolor paper AND half sheet (15×20) watercolor art board; brushes (1/4”, 1” flats; #6, #8 rounds); daler-rowney pro-whites specialty paint; water container spray bottle; toothbrush; masking tape; paint tray; and paper towels.
