Adventure and Fun Abound!

A beautiful day at the beach will leave you rested and happy - just the right mood to enjoy a fine meal and a little evening culture. This coastal community offers a host of entertainment options, from live theater and jazz to Big Band sounds and Vegas-style gambling.

Chinook Winds Casino Resort / Eden Hall / Galleries & Museums / Movies / Music & Concerts / Nightlife / Theatre West / What's Happening

Your fun can begin at the Chinook Winds Casino Resort. Located in the north end of Lincoln City, the two-story facility has a full schedule of world-famous entertainers like Three Dog Night, The Beach Boys or Michael Bolton. After the show, enjoy live music in the lounge or try your luck at the slot machines, card tables or gaming tables. Chinook Winds also provides childcare and a video game room for families. Chinook Winds has a full service hotel adjacent to the Casino.
A healthy dose of live music can also be found at Eden Hall, just south of Lincoln City in Gleneden Beach. A renovated brick factory updated with fine art and historic touches, this venue offers blues, jazz and folk music by the West's finest players. Several times a year, theatrical productions also grace the stage from "The Wizard of Oz" to "Sound of Music." For details, call (541) 764-3826. Click here to visit their site!
To exercise your mind, visit the North Lincoln County Historical Museum, 4907 SW Highway 101 in the Taft district of Lincoln City. Learn how the community developed and how the Native Americans and white settlers lived many years ago. The archive houses an exhibit dedicated to the city's eponymous President Abraham Lincoln, as well as a rotation of special showings dedicated to other eras in the region's history. You can wander through our many artist galleries and pick up a destinctive gift for someone special (perhaps yourself). Click here to download our Gallery Map (pdf)œ
