ITALIAN COOKING INTENSIVE

Description: This hands-on class gives students an opportunity to learn necessary techniques for the preparation of Italian cuisine. We’ll travel through many of the regions of Italy, making fresh pasta and the sauces to match, fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, and a myriad of other dishes that celebrate the season. At the end of each day we’ll enjoy our creations together, family-style, and discuss what we learned. We will also explore Italian wines in depth throughout the week.
