- Quick Draw Art Auction
- Quick Draw is a pfast-paced event, where artists are given 60 minutes to create a piece of art in front of the public, starting with a completely clean canvas. The pieces are then auctioned off to the highest bidder...still wet! All proceeds from this event will go toward an art scholarship for continuing art education at the Oregon Coast Community College.
Last year we were able to raise $900.00 from the auction. Oregon Coast Community College student Miguel Martinez was the scholarship recipient. Miguel has been studying art at the OCCC for several years, and because of the scholarship, was able to take an extra class to further his art education.
Join the Quick Draw Event!
The Plein Air Art Festival is part of a week of art events in Lincoln City. For a complete list of activities contact the Lincoln City Visitor & Convention Bureau at 800-452-2151.
